20th April 1950, saw the humble beginning of late Shree Vinodchandra Babulal Shah in the village of Gujarat named Khoraj-Dabhi, whom seekers revere as Vinudada today.
He would take deep interest in religious activities since childhood. His parents were devout followers of Jainism, played an integral role in nurturing him with values and importance of Jain philosophy from childhood. He grew up to become an exceptionally compassionate, kind hearted and helpful person.
Apart from religion he had interest towards the business. He was god gifted with sharp mind and intelligence. He was very clever in business and started doing the same from very small age. Due to intelligence he got success in business and gain profits. He do different business in his life like grocery, commodities, equities, etc. At the mature age he got married to late Shree Sarojben Vinodchandra Shah and had two sons and one daughter. At the age of 60 years, after earning proper profits in the business, he announced his retirement from the business by dedicating a pledge that he will do the work of religion and not do any economic supplement and form Shree Navkardham Charitable Trust.
He spent his initial ascetic life in research, spiritual practices and religious disciplines for the attainment of moksha (liberation). He learned Aagams (Jain Scriptures) to unveiled their deep secrets and philosophies. His thirst for knowledge coupled with his earnest respect and inner humility towards the elderly saints helped him dive in the depths of Swadhyay.
He practiced deep meditation and immersed himself in intense Sadhna of Shree Navkar Mahamantra, achieving Mantra Siddhi. The Mantra has thus become his breath of faith, reverberating within his soul in every conscious and unconscious moment of his life. He printed the books to wite the mantra for 11 Crore Navkar Alekhan Abhiyan to spread the fragrance of Jainism when Shree Navkardham Tirth was established. Along with he constructed Navkar Jap-Mandir in tirth and update the Navkar-Pat.
“Shree Navkardham Tirth” is a sacred place situated at the outskirts of city on Ahmedabad – Palitana Highway where silence move hand in hand. The positive vibrations can be experienced at every step. In this holy ambience spirituality blooms in fullness and humanity blossoms splendidly in its completeness. The foundation of this spiritual edifice had been laid down by Param Pujya Munivarya Shree Vinayratna Maharajsaheb (Vinudada) in the year 2009 in Bagodara. The tirth is managed by “Shree Navkardham Charitable Trust”.
On 27th May 2017 (જેઠ સુદ 2 વી.સં. 2073), while chanting Navkar Maha Mantra in morning Param Pujya Vinayratna Maharajsaheb (Vinudada) put the rest. In their remembrance, Samadhi is made at his pleasant place Shree Navkardham Tirth – Bagodara. By chanting the Navkar Mahamantra for 11 times at Samadhi, devotees grab ripe fruit expeditiously.
